Hatch cover and water tight door tightness testing
We are capable of Hatch cover and water tight door tightness testing using IACS approved ultrasonic machine and provide report with digital accuracy with visual and audible alarm. Our equipment is being certified by multiple IACS members. Our equipment has magnetic base with ultrasonic generator for attaching it on the hatch coaming, which enables to test hatch cover tightness even with cargo in the hold.
Pre PSC inspection and PSC follow up services
AMSA is famous in the world for their fair but strict surveys. To be prepared for AMSA inspection, you need to have a very professional, fair and committed approach in regards to work environment, vessel safety and pollution prevention. Our experience to deal with AMSA can be very much useful for your vessels. However, if your any vessel can’t prove herself good enough as per AMSA inspection, we can help you to rectify defects and get your vessel operational. Being an Ex-Class surveyor and flag surveyor, we can guide you to take the right approach to deal with AMSA findings.
Pre purchase and condition surveys
We are experienced with this kind of inspections with extensive survey reports in a cost-effective manner. We have done a number of condition and pre-purchase vessel surveys for ocean going vessels for Idwal Marine and Shiptech Marine in Australia. We can make survey reports in our format or in your specific format. Since the target group of such reports are different, we cater our services as you need.
Accident investigation for commercial vessels with follow ups
We are experienced with such investigations. Sometimes even with human causalities. We follow ‘Accident investigation code’ as per MSC Resolution 440 (XI) and 442 (XI) for this sort of investigation. We can certainly offer this service to our clients as required.
Pre vetting inspections
We can conduct pre vetting inspections on behalf of owners/managers/charterers to identify any potential concern which may cause an operational and/or vetting failure and consequently can cause off-hire and business loss for the vessel. We use updated OCIMF-SIRE-VIQ checklist to verify vessel concerned or we can do the verification as per client provided checklist.
Bunker Surveys
Bunker survey is an obvious requirement for on and off-hire survey. Over twenty years of sea going experience as chief engineer, we can certainly help you to accurately calculate your bunker on board.
